Because our products are food items, we take safety and quality seriously.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • incorrect
  • or defective
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products
  • Used or partially consumed items
  • Orders returned without prior authorization

Shipping Issues

Heritage Gardens is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout
